Ileana Garcia Ortegon Major and Year: Marketing, 2nd year Why you chose IME: I decided to apply to IME because I wanted to challenge myself, to get out there. I believe that from a program like this we all can grow not only as students but as human beings. The skills that we’ll be developing here will be great tools for our careers and I value the effort that everyone has put into getting IME to what it is today.  How you heard about IME: I heard from IME during Orientation day. I remember the presentation and in my first Management class with Dan Kazakoff I was convinced that I’d have to check it out. Something interesting about you: I was born in a city called Campeche in the Mexican Península and lived in Mexico City until I finished high school. I moved to Canada to study my degree and I’m very happy and excited for what the future holds. Also, I used to dance ballet and love cookies. At which store would you like to max-out your credit card? This is a very hard question, I don’t know what I want hahaha.
